Lagniappe Rehabilitation Services provides rehabilitation services aimed at improving the quality of life for patients through compassionate care and support.
For more than 60 years, our parent company—Central Management Co. (CMCO) — has owned and operated long-term care and skilled facilities.
Since the founding of Lagniappe Rehabilitation Services in 2009, Lagniappe Rehabilitation Services has solely provided therapy to Central Management Company. Together with CMCO, we continuously work to deliver compassionate care in order to produce the best results.
We provide Physical, Occupational and Speech/Language therapy in skilled nursing facilities. This includes short-term rehabilitation as well as outpatient therapy for patient who return home.

To assist in providing quality patient care while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients, under the direction of a licensed or registered Physical Therapist. Adheres to applicable state regulation concerning physical therapy.

Provides quality PT including: Evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment and discharge plan, supervision of assistants and aides and participates in case management. Represents Lagniappe Rehabilitation’ commitment to quality and service in all interactions with facility. Adheres to all state regulations regarding physical therapy.

Provides quality speech-language pathology including: Evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment and discharge plan, supervision of assistants and aides and participates in case management. Represents Lagniappe Rehabilitation’ commitment to quality and service in all interactions with facility. Adheres to all state regulations regarding speech-language pathology.
