We believe every patient is unique, so we always work with them to create a plan to help them recover as quickly as possible. This always involves creating a personalized rehabilitation plan that considers their needs, goals, and health history.
Our Treatment Goals
Our rehab teams aim to help patients recover from their injuries and/or illness, whether that means recovering from a broken leg or learning how to walk again after a stroke. We have many different services available, from physical and occupational therapy to speech and cognitive behavioral therapy.

About Us and What We Strive for
For more than 60 years, our parent company—Central Management Co. (CMCO) — has owned and operated long-term care and skilled facilities. Since our company’s founding in 2009, Lagniappe Rehabilitation Services has solely provided therapy to Central Management Company. Together with CMCO, we continuously work to deliver top-notch care in order to produce the best results.
We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy in outpatient, skilled nursing institutions, and short-term rehab care. Maintaining the highest level of movement and performance is our aim. By doing so, we can achieve the highest level of living.
